Welcome to the HSL Holiday Party event site! We are excited to have an in-person Holiday Party and Awards Ceremony again!
This site will provide you with the information you need to know for this year's event!!

Casino Night/Silent Raffle Information
- In addition to the AMAZING band we have booked, we will have CASINO night where you could win gift cards and/or win additional raffle tickets for the "Silent" raffle drawings!!
- Since the Casino willl be open for our team members and their guests to enjoy, your guest will also have an opportunity to win gift cards and/or raffle tickets for the drawing! (please note only team members/guests who are playing in the casino will have an opportunity to win additional raffle tickets)
- For those who have been with us in the past and know that we typically have boards with the list of prizes and winners for the "Silent" drawings, here is how this year will go:
- We will wait until the week after the party to pull the winning tickets so that team members/guests have an opportunity to win raffle tickets during casino play!!
- Once we pull the winning tickets, we will notify the property of the winners and what they've won!!
What to expect???
6:30 p.m. ~ Check in & Cocktail Hour (Check-in will promptly close at 7:30 p.m. so our volunteers can enjoy the event)
Check-in - Employees and guests will check in for the event at the registration desk located just before or to the left of the ballroom. We will have volunteers checking team members in and providing them with drink tickets, raffle tickets, casnio voucher, guests of team members will receive drink tickets and casnio voucher only.
7:00 p.m. ~ Photo Booth opens, will close from 8:00 pm to 9:00 pm during the Awards Ceremony
7:30 p.m. ~ Dinner
8:00 p.m. ~ Awards Ceremony
~ Live Raffle
9:00 p.m. ~ Dancing the night away with the Instant Classics! http://www.theinstantclassics.com/, Casino and Lounge areas open!
10:00 p.m.~ Nacho Bar rolls out you don't want to miss it!
10:30 pm ~ Cornhole Championship Game right on the dancefloor!

Attire: Dressy Casual (No shorts or t-shirts)
