This year’s theme will be Masquerade Ball!!! No pressure to dress the part, you may come as you wish or feel free to accessorize for the theme!

Casino Night/Silent Raffle Information
- We will once again have CASINO night where you could win gift cards and/or win additional raffle tickets for the "Silent" raffle drawings!!
- Since the Casino will be open for our team members and their guests to enjoy, your guest will also have an opportunity to win gift cards and/or raffle tickets for the drawing! (please note only team members/guests who are playing in the casino will have an opportunity to win additional raffle tickets)
- The week following the party we will pull the winning raffle tickets and notify the prize winners via email that they have won!!! All prizes can be picked up at the HSL Corporate Office.
What to expect???
6:30 p.m. (Subject to change) ~ Check in & Cocktail Hour (Check-in will promptly close at 7:30 p.m. so our volunteers can enjoy the event)
Check-in - Team members and guests will check in for the event at the registration desk, once checked in you will continue through the line into the Raffle Prize room to drop your raffle tickets. We will have volunteers checking team members in and providing them with drink tickets, raffle tickets, casino voucher, guests of team members will receive drink tickets and casino voucher only.
7:00 p.m. ~ Photo Booth will open
7:30 p.m. ~ Dinner
8:00 p.m. ~ Awards Ceremony
~ Live Raffle
9:00 p.m. ~ We will move ballrooms for a night of dancing with PrimeTime DJ's! Casino opens!
10:00 p.m.~ Nacho Bar/Mini Corn Dogs roll out you don't want to miss it!
10:30 pm ~ Cornhole Championship Game right on the dancefloor in the Presidio Ballroom!

Attire: Dressy Casual (No shorts or t-shirts)
