Welcome to the HSL Holiday Party event site! We are excited for this year's Holiday Party and Awards Ceremony! This site will provide you with all the information you need to know for this years event!!  

We would like to invite all of our employee plus one adult guest to join us in this year's celebration!

We will have Live & Silent Raffles throughout the night!!

After the Awards Ceremony stick around and dance the night away!

Take the elevator home!! We have been provided a great deal on staying the night, the hotel will be offering us a rooms starting at $89.00 plus taxes. How will the night go???

6:30 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. - Check in & Cocktail Hour (Check in will close promptly at 7:30 p.m. so our volunteers can enjoy the event).

7:00 p.m. - Dinner will begin

During dinner we will start the Awards Ceremony and continue the night with Prize Giveaways and dancing!! 

Social Wall - We are excited to bring the Social Wall to our event!!! What is a Social Wall?? During the event take pictures with your friends and co-workers, while you are posting your picture to your favorite social media site add #HSLHoliday15 and the picture will be added into the Social Wall that will go live right after the Awards Presentation is finished!!

Parking - Parking is located on-site, when you arrive at the resort there will be signs directing you on where to park (if you are not staying the night). We will have a shuttle running from the parking lot to the hotel from 6:00 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. and after the event is over. If you are choosing to stay the night, once the hotel has checked you in they will direct you on where to park. 

Check In - Employees and guests will check in for the event at the counter located outside of the ballroom (directly across the foyer from the ballroom doors). We will have volunteers checking employees in and providing them with drink tickets and a raffle voucher, guests of employees will receive drink tickets only. Located next to the check in counter will be two tables, one with Name Tags for the employees and name tags for guests to fill in. The second table will be the Raffle Ticket Table.

Raffle Tickets - After check in stop by the Raffle Ticket Table!!! Write your name (Employees only) and property on the raffle voucher and drop it into the raffle drop box so you are entered into the drawings for the prizes given throughout the night!

Dinner - Will be buffet style with the following options:

                                  Mixed Greens, Crumbled Gorgonzola, Balsamic Vinaigrette

                                  Chunky Cucumber Salad with Dill

                                  Flat Iron Steak with Grilled Onions and Mushrooms

                                  Rosemary Chicken Breast, Tomato and Red Pepper Coulis

                                  Penne Pasta with Roasted Vegetables and Basil Cream Sauce

                                  Garlic Mashed Potaotes

                                  Green Beans with Sauteed Bacon and Almonds

                                  Glazed Carrots

                                  Assorted Rolls and Butter

                                  Holiday Dessert Table

Now for the fun part!!! Per Omar, Chris, and Lisa if you have all your new Move In's, Move Out's, deposits, etc. completed for the day....you may close the office as early as 4:30 p.m. Please note, that hourly employees will not be paid through the end of the day - only for time worked. The employees may use any vacation time they have available to make up the difference in hours.

If an employee is not attending the part, they must work through their regular scheduled time.
